Administrative Assistant

Status:

Full-time. 

Pay Range:

$67k - $80k

Responsibilities:

  • Guard the firm’s most valuable asset: the Founder’s time.

  • Systematically manage Founder’s calendar and inbox.

  • Maintain engagement due date lists.

  • Organize CRM and lead marketing efforts.

  • Timely respond to client requests for information.

  • Liaison to various software companies and vendors.

  • Client invoicing and collections.

  • Manage HR functions of the firm, recruiting and onboarding process.

  • Potential for working on client bookkeeping.

  • Enthusiastic and optimistic solution seeker for any task.

 

Requirements:

  • Fully onsite position.

  • Previous administrative experience.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft – Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, etc.

  • Ability to work independently, think analytically, and make decisions with little oversight or direction.

 

Applicant Plus!

  • Previous professional services firm experience, especially a CPA firm.

  • QuickBooks Online experience.

  • Human Resources experience.

  • CCH experience. Practice Management, ProSystems, etc.

  • Monday.com experience.

  • SafeSend experience.
